Sarah Fulton’s connection to healthcare began long before she entered the world of professional staffing. Both of her grandfathers were physicians—one a dentist, the other a cardiothoracic surgeon. She still remembers sitting at her grandfather’s table as a child, watching him in his scrubs as he studied echocardiograms while eating his sandwich and drinking a Diet Coke. Those moments instilled in her a lifelong respect for the dedication and sacrifice of those who choose the healing professions.
