Our Story
In 1989, a local physician had an idea of starting a company that could help fill the staffing gaps that local hospitals and practices frequently faced. The service proved to be an asset to the community, both for the medical facilities and for the health care workers who were seeking employment. In 1997, Theresa Davis, who had worked with Medical Temporaries while managing a specialty practice, was offered the opportunity to lead the company into the future. She accepted, purchased majority ownership and grew the company into what it is today. After celebrating 30 years in business, the leadership team and the staff continues to strive to be the best at what they do. Medical Temporaries encourages and supports the internal staff in obtaining their Health Care Staffing Certification. The staff works as a team to help healthcare providers and job seekers find what they need to support their patients and families.
